Is China In Trouble?

Some counter-culture on China's rise.  Is China in trouble?  Is it facing a housing bubble ready to burst?  These videos make a case that it's going to burst.  But as long as they are getting so much debt interest from the U.S., it's possible that they can continue to waste it on empty condos because it is a command economy.  So what's the limit for a command economy wasting money to maintain GDP growth? Is it all artificial?  It's too hard to tell if the Chinese economy is sustainable, but these videos are pretty stark.
